It has been a rather busy year for Eskimo Recordings, and now the long-running Belgian label continues that streak of quality releases by dropping a new compilation called “The Green Collection”, the third installment of its ongoing compilation series based around colours. Set to drop later this month, the new 12-track compilation, which follows “The Pink Collection” and “The Blue Collection”, gathering new and recent tracks from the label’s current roster, showcasing a blend of indie-dance, nu-disco, electronica, and Balearic-tinged house. The collection will feature contributions from the likes of Kraak & Smaak, Blende, Man Power, NTEIBINT, and more.
Here we have four tracks from “The Green Collection” for your listening pleasure; Dutch producer Knight One delivers a new track called “Shimmer”, a beauty of an opener, Amsterdam-based producer Mees Dierdorp takes us for a slow ride with his dreamy “Aviar Alom”, a track from his debut EP of the same name for Eskimo, UK dance duo Horixon, consisting of Monarchy’s Andrew Armstrong and John Sambrooke, teams up with the enigmatic Jacques Teal for the beautiful slow burner “Great Things”, taken from their newest “Brighter Day” EP, and last but not least, Satin Jackets brings some serious chilled-out vibes with “Fall Apart”, featuring Nashville vocalist/producer Patrick Baker. Steam all four tracks below, and enjoy the ride.
“The Green Collection” arrives on October 27th. Pre-order here.
