Let’s dive into the dreamlike soundscapes of Il Quadro di Troisi, a project by Italian electronic musicians Donato Scaramuzzi, aka Donato Dozzy, and Andrea Noce, aka Eva Geist. The pair’s superb self-titled debut LP on Raster is a colorful ode of an Italian scented vision, overflowing of details and profound intensity, influenced by Italo-disco and the country’s synth-pop heritage.
