Following the release of his great “Priorities” EP on Lone’s record label Magicwire, Canadian producer Patrick Holland, better known as Project Pablo, has a new EP landing on SOBO (Sounds Of Beaubien Ouest), a new Montreal label he co-runs alongside Sebastian Cowan. Entitled “Beaubien Dream”, the record finds Project Pablo delivering three quality house tunes of his signature style. Today, we’re treated to the breezy, laid-back grooves of “Closer”, a perfectly crafted tune that will get some serious rotations on our car stereo this summer. “This 12” is an homage to the street and it’s residents that I love so dearly. Life really has been a bit of a ‘Beaubien Dream’ ever since I moved to Montreal, and it continues on with SOBO,’ he says.
