Meet Private Agenda, the newly-formed trio of Nick, Martin and Sean. Hailing from Berlin, Private Agenda recently dropped their superb debut EP “Déjà Vu” on Mark Barrott’s highly-respected International Feel label. Consisting of two well-crated tracks, “Déjà Vu” and “Freefalling”, full of breezy, Balearic pop goodness, this debut record sounds like the perfect soundtrack to your chilled summer evenings.
The EPs title track finds the trio delivering a delicious, sax-driven tune with sun-soaked good vibes that takes us back to Ibiza in the mid ’80s. “Freefalling”, on the other hand, is more tropical affair with floating melodies, brightly colored synths and birds twitter in the background. And yes, it feels so good. Be sure to keep an eye on these guys this year.
