Neon Indian: “Slumlord”

It’s been a long, long time coming, but Alan Palomo, aka Neon Indian, will finally drop his third album “VEGA INTL. Night School”, the follow-up to 2011’s “Era Extraña”, in October. The new 14-track record, which was partially recorded on a cruise ship, is said to be a “bridge between the lo-fi and spontaneous sounds of Neon Indian and the more dance-oriented approach of his earlier recording moniker, VEGA.” We’ve already heard the tropical-flavored electro-pop tune “Annie”, and now we’re treated to a stream of the album’s new single “Slumlord”.
