Laurence Guy: “Bamboo” EP

London producer and DJ Laurence Guy has been on fire of late, delivering a string of quality releases for labels such as Church, Rose Records, and Fort Romeau and Ali Tillett’s Cin Cin. Now, the self-proclaimed purveyor of all things sleazy returns with his excellent new EP “Bamboo”, which marks his second release for London’s Church imprint after last year’s much-loved “Kojak” EP. Our favorite cut from the release is “Knotweed”, a warm slice of house brilliance that hits all the right places.
