Stockholm-based producer and Studio Barnhus co-founder Kornél Kovács brings some serious heat with his new EP called “Radio Koko”, which marks his debut release for Glasgow’s Numbers imprint. Named after a “dream radio station where music never sleeps and the hits keep coming”, “Radio Koko” collects four tracks and features a collaboration with fellow Swedish producer Marcus Price. The EP also includes the groove-filled tune “Pantalón”, which you may remember from his superb “1985 Edits” 12-inch. Today, we’re treated to a stream of the record’s lead single “Lighthouse”, a seven-minute summertime tune that’s equally suited for the home stereo as well as the dancefloor.
Kornél Kovács’ “Radio Koko” EP will drop in both vinyl and digital formats on June 22 via Numbers. Pre-order it here.
