DJ City: “James”
Berlin producer drops an anthemic dancefloor burner for broken hearters.
Following the release of his ace two-part EP series, “Important Message” and “City of Sex”, released back in April, Swedish-born, Berlin-based producer and DJ Johan Norling, aka DJ City, returns to Munich’s Public Possession for this third release for the label, a new four-tracker called “Your Love”.
DJ City continues much in the same vein as those previous EPs, with four late ’80s/early ’90s rolling deep house numbers that has been on repeat on our car stereo for a while now. If we had to pick one, it would definitely be “James”, a late-night, melody-driven house cut, an anthemic dancefloor burner for broken hearters.
