L.A.-via-Wisconsin psychedelic synth-pop Peaking Lights bring us more dubby goodness with their great rework of “It’s A Combination” by De Lux, the Los Angeles dance-punk duo of Sean Guerin and Isaac Franco. As you’d expect, Peaking Lights’ dub version is nothing short of a synth-soaked disco epic that clocks in at ten minutes. The original track is lifted from the pair’s recently released second album “Generation” on Innovative Leisure.
De Lux’s “It’s A Combination” EP will be released as a limited run of 300 hand-stamped 12″ and features Peaking Lights’ instrumental version and a remix of “LA Threshold” by DJ Harrison on the b-side. Pick up your copy here.
