La.Ga.Sta is beyond excited to launch a new series of mixtapes starting today. Every month we invite a producer to choose his favourite year in music and give us a mixtape with tracks only from that year. For January, we asked our beloved Los Angeles-based producer and avid vinyl collector Daniel T. to “drive through” his favourite year, and he went with the year of his birth, 1983. Take a long ride his with excellent “1983” mixtape, an hour-long venture into sun-soaked, early 80’s schlock. All tracks taken from his personal record collection. Give this mix a spin above, and keep an eye out for his upcmiong full-length album, coming out this summer.
