New York-by-way-of-Vancouver electronic duo Bob Moses, aka Jimmy Vallance and Tom Howie, have gained serious attention with their smoky, R&B-infused, deep house tracks. After releasing two solid EPs, “Hands To Hold” and “Far From The Tree”, on Francis Harris’ Scissor & Thread label, Bob Moses are back with their brand-new single “I Ain’t Gonna Be The First To Cry”, their debut release on Domino Records, a cover of the classic Bobby Bland song of the same name. Taken from their upcoming two-track “First To Cry” EP due on June 17th, “I Ain’t Gonna Be The First To Cry” is a gorgeous guitar-driven deep house groover and worthy of repeat listens.
