While the blissful tune “Jakie”, a foretaste from Woolfy Vs. Projections’ upcoming third album “Stations”, is still on repeat mode on our car stereo, the duo of California-based musicians Simon “Woolfy” James and Dan Hastie have just shared the record’s fist single “Combination”. It’s a spaced-out cosmic house jam that gives us yet another reason to get excited about “Stations”. The 10-track record, which completes a trilogy that started with their two previous albums 2008’s “The Astral Projections Of Starlight” and 2012’s “The Return Of Love”, is said to be a “psychedelic folk album through modern day disco aesthetic.” The album “Stations” will drop on August 21 via Permanent Vacation.
The single “Combination”, which includes a fine remix by Permanent Vacation’s co-founder Benjamin Fröhlich, is out now. Get it here.
